FAQ’s

Product

We take great care to ensure that each boot liner is a perfect fit for your designated vehicle. When you place an order, we will reach out to request images of your boot and its sides. This process allows us to verify the fit against the donor vehicle and guarantees that your boot liner will fit snugly and accurately.

We request images because variations can exist in the boot design, even among the same model, including differences in pockets, sockets, light fittings, and vents. This extra step ensures that we can accommodate these differences and provide you with a boot liner that fits perfectly.

**Important Pre-Installation Cleaning Instructions**

**For Carpet Interiors:**
– Vacuum the boot thoroughly, ensuring all dirt and dog hair are removed.

**For Plastic Interiors:**
1. Clean the plastic trim with a silicone remover (e.g. Isopropanol)
2. Dry the plastic trim using a clean, dry cloth.
3. Follow the boot liner fitting instructions carefully.
4. Allow 24 hours before use to ensure the self-adhesive fully adheres to the plastic.

Please note that the Velcro or self-adhesive will not stick properly if it comes into contact with dirt, dog hair, or silicone before fitting. If you have previously protected your carpet, we cannot guarantee that our Velcro will firmly attach to the boot carpet.

Cleaning and maintaining your boot liner is a breeze! Simply detach it from your boot and shake out any loose debris. For a more thorough clean, you can wash it in your washing machine on a 30-degree cycle, it’s important not use fabric softener as this will affect the waterproof properties of the liner.

Returns and Cancellations

As all our boot liners are made to order, we carefully vet the fit before manufacturing, which means we are unable to accept returns for customized products, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, except in cases of faults which we always work with the customer to resolve.

We cannot cancel or amend orders once they have entered manufacturing, so its important you’re sure when you place your order. We contact every customer who places an order with us so this is very unlikely.
